Seibel Construction SuperintendentPURPOSE OF POSITIONWork with Seibel Construction Project Managers and various different trades to manage ground up multi-family, single family, commercial and commercial tenant finish.Maintain excellent relationship with customers, trade partners and team members.Build projects per contract and plans.Create, maintain and adhere to construction schedules.Manage multiple projects at one time.Set standard for quality and attention to detail.Set standard for safety.In field Superintendent that will make office visits as required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate with customers and maintain an excellent relationship.Work with government organizations to pull permits and schedule inspections.Create 3-week construction schedules for customer and trade partners.Communicate construction schedules to trade partners on a regular basis.Deliver projects on schedule within scope.Attend weekly OAC meetings with Project Manager and other team members.Responsible for onsite leadership of each project including problem solving, quality and safety.Conduct punch list walk with customers prior to closing and complete items within time frame.Responsible for timeliness and quality of warranty items.Attend construction and company meetings when scheduled.Maintain clean construction site at all times.Take off and procurement of misc. construction materials.Weekly paperwork including; Safety tool-box talks, Weekly construction log, 3 week schedules, photos, expense reports, etc.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTwo years minimum ground up construction experience.Demonstrate building knowledge and the ability to apply and communicate that knowledge.Leadership experience and skills to manage customers and trade partner relationships.Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects.Good computer and technology skills.
