Sales & Wholesale Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Denver, CO posted November 28, 2022.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Sales and Wholesale Coordinator will work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to increase sales productivity and supplement our dispensary menu.

Oversees wholesale buying / selling responsibilities Point-of-contact and liaison between The Botanist NJ and other NJ wholesale vendors and purchasers Sales-driven and target based Purchasing Responsibilities Completing dispensary sales reports and projections to determine what products to purchase wholesale Proper completion of Wholesale Req Form and creation of Transfer Manifest Physical receiving of product from 3rd party vendor into DEA Cage / proper storage Completion of internal Chain-Of-Custody paperwork Coordinating with Processing, Inventory, and Marketing teams for arrival of product Coordinating with Administration for payment Creating wholesale Bulk package within seed-to-sale software Selling Responsibilities: Responsible to meet monthly targets based on monetary projections and units sold Coordinating and implementing 3rd party wholesale software (i.e.

LeafTrade) Coordinating with Processing and Inventory teams for product availability and physical preparation Preparing product for sale and transport in Seed-To-Sale software Assisting with physical transport of product when needed Generating invoices; assisting administrating and finance to follow up with vendors for payment General Responsibilities Responsible for recordkeeping of all pertinent purchasing and wholesale docs; req form, vendor PO, manifest, invoice, etc.

Maintaining a Department-Shared calendar / schedule with all selling/purchasing dates and activity Following up and working with vendors regarding any product issues (either purchased or sold) Responsible for monthly corporate Transfer Report and Wholesale reporting Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 0-2 years relevant sales experience Must be able to travel 25%-50% throughout the state of NY Ability to communicate clearly and accurately Ability to exercise independent judgment Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Analytical skills, adaptability, problem solving and versatility.
