LOCATION: Cedars Healthcare Center, Lakewood CO

POSITION: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

PAY$29.50-$37.37 DOE

HIRINGRETENTION BONUS: $2000 for FT employment (paid out in increments

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:  Days: 6am-2pm FT and PT or 6am-6pm FT and PT

                                      Nights: 6pm-6am PT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment
  • Perform routine checks of patients’ vital signs
  • Ensure that patients take their medication
  • Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
  • Liaise with patients’ families

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ActiveUnencumbered LPN license to work in the state of CO
  • IV Certified
  • Computer skillsPCC knowledge preferred
  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • A love for seniors
