The ideal candidate will have experience with leave administration.

This is a remote position, local candidates only.Main Duties & Responsibilities of Leave of Absence AdministratorTrack and approve FMLA/LOA RequestsAct as key support to Lead Benefits AdministratorConfidential Interactions and Data EntryAssist on Workers Comp claims as needed; Ad Hoc support as neededPreferred Requirements of Leave of Absence AdministratorAssociates preferred1-3 years experience in HR,; Benefits preferredProficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompensation and Benefits: The compensation for the Leave of Absence Administrator will start at $17 an hour.

Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
