We look beyond today’s problems to find tomorrow’sSolutions, focusing on finding new and better way to unlock your competitiveEdge and help you achieve your business goals.A ROLE YOU WILL LOVEThe Post Closing Coordinator 2 corrects and obtains allIncorrect information and missing documents for funded/shipped loans, withinRequired timeframesPrimary AccountabilitiesObtain information to correctDocumentation discrepancies.Verify that all recording documentsHave been recorded with County within specified timeframes.Perform review of documents,Identifying missing or incorrect information (purchase advice, payoff).Review trailing doc report andE-mails daily to get information to correct missing and incorrect documentInformation.Work with title, attorney,Borrowers, County to retrieve missing and incorrect items, within requiredTimeframes.Follow-up with title, attorneyBorrowers to request needed information.Update systems and reports accordingTo guidelines.Image corrected and missingDocuments.Complete transmittal and forwardDocuments to investor.Work with investor as needed toClear conditions.Notify management of any trends orTraining opportunities.While performing the duties of thisPosition, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidentialFinancial data.
