PC Deployment Technician Denver CO

This is a Full-time position in Aurora, CO posted November 20, 2022.

Position Title: PC Deployment TechnicianAs a PC Deployment Technician on our project, you’ll work as a team member supporting the VA with a large PC deployment. Given the nature of the work you may at times be the only person handling offsite training setup, troubleshooting and deployment so being able to work independently is key! In this role you, will be deploying, imaging and setting up equipment (PCs, Laptops, Docking Stations, Monitors, Printers and Scanners) around the VA medical center campus and offsite locations. This role combines strong technical skills with an emphasis on delivering a high level of customer service as you will be directly working w/ the clients. You will also be responsible for removing old equipment and installing new equipment with limited supervision. As part of this role, you will also be providing status reports to leadership. This position is located onsite at Veterans’ Administration Medical Centers and at offsite training locations with daytime hours, occasional evening hours and the potential for weekend hours.You Have: Minimum of 1-year experience in imaging and installing computer equipmentMust be able to unpack, move, and install IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds with no restrictions.
