*US Citizenship Required*US DoD Secret Clearance RequiredDESCRIPTION OF POSITION:This position is in support of Lockheed Martin s Strategic & Missile Defense Systems Division and the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program.As a Flight Systems Design Integration Mechanical Integration Lead, you will:Perform mechanical integration for the Missile Flight System, including system development and oversight of structures/mechanisms, propulsion, ACS, and thermal protection, in collaboration with the Requirements & Verification teamLead and coordinate efforts of other mechanical integrators within the teamDevelop and maintain the mechanical configuration model and internal missile mechanical ICDsPerform mechanical compatibility analyses and oversight of mass properties control board for the missile flight systemDevelop and implement integration plans for the missile systemWork with Certified Principal Engineers (CPEs) and designers to establish missile internal mechanical interfaces to ensure smooth integration at the system levelProvide independent review and coordination to ensure flight system designs are mechanically compatibleLead and support anomaly investigations during integration and test phaseParticipate in design maturity reviewsEDUCATION:Bachelor of Science or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Math, Physics or related fieldSKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:Basic Qualifications:Missile or satellite system mechanical design, modeling and/or integration experienceSkilled in Creo CAD modeling and CAD controlExperience defining and documenting system mechanical interfaceExperience coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Flight Sciences, Materials, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDesired Skills:Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware products throughout the full life cycle of the programAbility to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operationsParticipant in Systems Engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR)Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviorsExperience leading teams, performing mechanical compatibility analysis, managing mass properties budgets, and conducting design auditsGeometric Tolerancing and Dimensioning expertiseActive Secret clearancePositions with All Points are Full-time, Direct, we offer a full benefit package, and competitive salaries.Salary Range for this position: $125K – $160K depending on education and experience.For more information, please visit our Career Portal.
