Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Our SLING & DISH International business unit is seeking a passionate, energetic and flexible Performance Marketing Lead. The International Business is responsible for the strategy, content acquisition, business development and marketing across both the DISH and SLING platforms. For more than 20 years, DISH and SLING have been the pioneer in international content for U.S. ethnic markets including Hindi, Arabic, Punjabi, Urdu, Brazilian, Polish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and many others. We stay ahead of our competitors by continuously innovating our product to bring in the best International content into the U.S.

This Performance Marketing Lead will work closely with the brand, media execution, finance and analytics teams to build out an affiliate/influencer marketing program, maintain quality control of campaigns in-market and continuously evaluate and improve performance against goals and benchmarks. They should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, managing multiple relationships with key stakeholders, and working to find creative solutions as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

Affiliate/Influencer Programs

  • Develop strategy to grow and scale our affiliate/influencer program and relationships
  • Own, design, and implement the processes for our key affiliate/influencer partnerships
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance and reporting of programs
  • Develop strategic partnerships for both existing and new affiliates, current and prospective publishers
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for alignment, communication, and escalation to improve operational scalability

Paid Media

  • Own the execution and maintenance of all programmatic display and paid social campaigns on multiple platforms (ex. Trade Desk, Verizon, Amazon, Facebook, Snapchat & Pinterest)
  • Deliver thoughtful campaign analysis and optimizations that will improve business objectives on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis
  • Develop and implement new display and paid social strategies that will drive incremental subscriptions
  • Present media plans and business cases to executive leadership

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree from a reputable4-year college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital media and/or affiliate marketing execution role
  • Experience with large agency affiliate networks and affiliate cost per sale networks preferred
  • Preferred experience with The Trade Desk, Verizon, Amazon, DV360, Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest and/or Snapchat
  • Track record delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs
  • Experience with Excel and Google Spreadsheets; comfort with pivot tables, vlookups and other analytical functions
  • Strong quantitative orientation with expertise in data analysis and insights
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skills
  • Passion for the constantly-changing digital marketing landscape
