The Challenge:

We’re looking for you, a front end developer who will use equal parts skill and vision to build an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency.

We need an experienced front end developer who will drive the design and implementation of highly scalable, durable, and secure web-based applications and services. This is an opportunity to solve problems in Department of Defense and Combatant Command space by collaborating with a development team applying advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems with user centric design. You’ll create and manage SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint online sites and sub sites, develop front-end SharePoint solutions, dashboards and applications using out-of-the-box SharePoint features, workflow tools, SharePoint Designer-created applications, and the MS365 Power Platform – Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI. This position is open to temporary remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

5+ years of experience with Web development, Visual Studio, C#, VB, and ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and jQuery-UI
Experience with analysis, design, development, and delivery of Web-based applications, preferably in working with SharePoint 2013 Server, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and the Microsoft 365 Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Experience delivering frequent product deployments based on iterative, collaborative, and fast-paced development
Experience working through features, end-to-end, with a keen eye on user interface, simplicity and customer benefits
Experience examining and documenting business processes with an intent on improving efficiency and inserting technical solutions where applicable
Experience with planning near term product deliverables, long term vision, and scaling out of current architecture
Knowledge of change management including setting user expectations, training and assisting with integration of new technologies
Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology

Nice If You Have:

Experience with developing and using SharePoint components, including forms, templates lists, external content types, custom lists, service applications, Web parts, master pages, content management and the Business Intelligence Center
Experience with building and customizing SharePoint dashboards, sites, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, security groups, and content policies
Experience with jQuery plugins, including jQuery UI and DataTables
Experience with front end Model View Controller (MVC) frameworks, including AngularJS or Knockout
Knowledge of workflows and best practices in a SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online environments
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products such as Flow, PowerBI, Sway, or Delve
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2013; MCPD: SharePoint Developer 2013; Certified Knowledge Specialist (CKS); IAT Level 2 Certification (Security+


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 95,000 to 115,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
