Job ID: 21-02898 Title: C#.Net Full Stack DeveloperLocation: RemoteType: Contract to hire Job Description: Looking for Core.net stack who is interested in being groomed into a team lead.

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, the Development Team Lead will head an agile development team, building enterprise scale web applications using cutting edge technologies like Microservices using the Microsoft .NET stack.

They will provide technical and team leadership to a global distributed team of talented software engineers.

Responsibilities: Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

Assist in the collection and documentation of user”s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Prepare documentation on the design, operation and maintenance of software.

Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.

Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft and Angular technologies.

Package and support deployment of releases.

Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies.

Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.

Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

Qualifications: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field 7+ years of software engineering experience building large-scale, highly available distributed systems 2+ years of managing development teams following Agile SCRUM methodology Experience working with Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON Exposure to Relational (PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases and ORM technologies Knowledge of object-oriented design and proven implementation skills Strong work ethic, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skill Knowledge of Integration/Architecture patterns like Microservices, CQRS, Asynchronous Messaging, APIs, REST, Web Services Experience working with work management, tracking and collaboration tools like Gitlab, Azure DevOps, SharePoint and Teams Good to have Skills: Experience with Container and Orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Knowledge of UI technologies like Angular 5 and above, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript Knowledge of testing and source control tools like Postman and Swagger Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be however, the actual pay range depends each candidates experience and qualifications.

Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
