System Director, Human Resources

We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Director, System Human Resources who: Acts as a consultant to the human resource care division teams to execute strategies that create a positive employee experience, promote retention, support leadership, implement organizational changes and act as an overall influential business partner.

Exhibits sound knowledge in system and local programs, processes and policies, offering a strong and compelling point of view around HR related matters, and building credibility.

Collaborates with multiple levels of human performance and leaders across various markets.

Works to increase HR leader capability, drive education on important people programs, policies, tools and processes.

May act to temporarily fill in for HR Directors at various markets as needed.

Collaborates in a cross functional capacity with partners from the data analytics finance and labor management teams.

Essential Functions: Provides strategic HR consulting services, such as change management to local/facility leaders, assesses impact of HR and talent programs at a market level, partners with HR leadership, and serves as a vital business partner to leaders, offering expertise and guidance as we collectively champion the elevation of the culture, engagement and performance of our employees.

Leads with an operational focus, objectives and policies.

Coordinates with Communities of Expertise (COE) to adapt system-wide HR talent/programs to market needs.

Coordinates with HR leaders to develop new and emerging HR talent.

Participates, and represents HR, in strategic care division business plan development and ongoing business meetings/decisions programs.

Supports HR acquisitions and/or divestitures processes and coordinates integration of Human Resources COE content/resources.

Leverages comprehensive knowledge of key performance indicators, business metrics and analyzes reporting to offer appropriate guidance and influence of market and/or divisional deliverables.

Collaborates with a cross functional team to prepare reporting and presentations of detailed data to provide support and directional information to key business leaders.

Anticipates challenges and recommends innovative organizational solutions for complex problems.

Provides on the ground support to various markets as needed.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
