You will enable patients to reach their goals through care specifically designed to cater to individual patient needs, and also administered by some of the most highly skilled and trained providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

What you should expect to do in this role: * You will coordinate, oversee and direct the care of Wound Management Center patients delivered in the clinic and by ancillary services.

* You will be responsible for direct patient care, including planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Colorado Nurse Practice Act, Physician Orders, and our facilities wound care protocols.

* You will be responsible for to administering the quality management program for each patient using the Wound Management Center algorithms.

* You will need to demonstrate critical thinking and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient.

What qualifications you will need for this role: * Current Colorado Registered Nurse License or valid compact license * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing * Current BLS, American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required * WOCN strongly preferred * Minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience required * Wound Care experience in and outpatient or inpatient setting preferred North Suburban Medical Center is a 157 bed, level II state designated trauma facility with a level II NICU, cardiac catheterization services, and primary stroke certification by The Joint Commission.
