Customer Service Rep/Patient Support Rep
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Respond to a high volume of inbound consumer inquiries, complaints and order requests via telephone calls, email, and fax. This
includes processing incoming orders to validate prescriptions, confirm inventory and order changes; facilitating problem
resolution; providing information and assistance on products and services; demonstrating our commitment to customer service
by following up on orders and complaints to ensure superior customer service results.
You are responsible for:
Providing excellent service to customers as part of our Customer Service Call Center for order processing, repairs,
returns, notifications, and complaint entry
Validating prescriptions
Verifying inventory
Requesting additional information and documents as necessary to process orders
Follow up on incoming orders to obtain necessary documents to process orders quickly
Pull, manipulate, and data entry for reporting and analyzing
You are a part of:
Our fast-paced Customer Service Support team that works directly with our consumers and supports our patients needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
AS in a business discipline with two years experience in a customer service environment, with at least one year being
in a healthcare setting preferred. In lieu of degree, must have three years experience in a customer service
environment, with at least one year in a healthcare setting preferred. BS/BA degree desired.
Good verbal and written communication, telephone, computer (Microsoft), and data entry skills with customer service
mindset required
Call Center experience preferred.
Strong conflict management skills are a must.
MS Excel knowledge strongly preferred at an intermediate level
SAP experience a plus.
Medical terminology a plus.
Sustained and consistent ability to solve non-routine product, repair, pricing and shipping issues as they relate to
current products and customers highly desired.
Bilingual a plus
