Detail of job details as follows; Install and service backlog managementInstall and service job scheduling/filling schedule gaps Managing install/monitoring permitsManaging missing paperwork/Scanning all install and service paperwork when neededField Tech and Advisor phone calls/emailsUpdate customer accountsScheduling vendor meetsAssist with customer credits or cancellations Additional tasks may be assigned by ManagementQualifications
– Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesHigh School diploma or equivalent.Preferred Six (6) months of experience.Basic Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Typing skills.Must be able to handle multiple tasks.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
