Position Description: As an IT Asset and Inventory Specialist II, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:Assist in developing and enhancing processes for the Inventory team and providing support for the Service Desk teamManage information technology (IT) equipment audits, fixed asset reconciliations, and salvage obsolete equipmentMaintain inventory quantities and reorder points, making necessary changes when equipment is deployed or movedCreate and process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) with required documentation for record keepingIdentify and resolve issues in a timely manner while gathering and analyzing information systematicallyTag and input new buildings, rooms, and cubicles into the management systemParticipate in process improvement initiatives with the IT Asset Management teamAct as a point of escalation, for challenges, concerns, and ideasAdapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demandsHandle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected eventsAct as a champion for the team in the larger IT organizationUnderstand and comply with Applied Medical’s Quality Systems (QS), safety rules, and company policiesSupport, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of Applied Medical Position Requirements: The following skills and attributes are required:College degreeFoundational knowledge of IT hardware and software, including service desk, contract management, and copier vendorsProficient in Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelWork with a high degree of autonomy with a focus on customer serviceSelf-motivated team player with outstanding multitasking skills, attention to detail, and project management skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsWork and remain calm in a fast-paced, pressurized environment Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize workloadWork interdependently within a cross-functional teamAs a healthcare company, it is of the utmost importance to keep our teams safe and healthy in this ever-changing COVID-19 environment.

We require all new team members to be fully vaccinated (including booster shots, if eligible) upon their start date at Applied Medical (legitimate accommodation requests will be considered).
