Manager of Reporting Applications Training & Support Reports To: Director of Reporting Firehouse Subs® is one of the nation’s leading fast-casual restaurant chains with a commitment to and passion for hearty and flavorful food, heartfelt service, and public safety.

The Firehouse Subs® Reporting & Analytics Department is an exciting, fast-paced, and high-energy environment, and we are currently seeking a Manager of Reporting Applications Training & Support to join our team.

Essential Functions: Provide end-user training of reporting tools conducted in-person via webinars Maintain and develop training materials accessed in the company’s LMS (Learning Management System) Manage support ticketing system and assist with answering questions or troubleshooting any reported bugs or data issues Gather data from the database and BI tool on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and share with internal and external stakeholders Complete reports requested on an ad hoc basis Validate daily data feeds to ensure accuracy Test and validate data accuracy when new dashboards or features are developed in BI platform Assist with dashboard creation and modifications Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, IT or equivalent experience 3 years-experience in reporting and analytics Data management skills including SQL, data validation, database management software, and reporting tools Intermediate experience writing SQL queries Strong attention to detail Ability to effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities Ability to personally view the business from the perspectives of both the customer and operator Ability to use sound judgment including maintaining confidentiality Ability to work independently and with teams Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly with high quality Preferred Education and Experience: Restaurant or retail experience, highly preferred Experience using business intelligence software such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI Benefits Include: 100% Company-Paid Medical Insurance Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Various Benefit Plans for Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life 401K Options with a company match percentage EAP Founded by former firefighting brothers, Firehouse Subs® began in 1994 with one restaurant in Jacksonville, Fla.
