Requirements:Requirements for this position are that you have:at least 1 year of office management and/or accounting experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred,a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; andno felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check)some college education preferred Responsibilities:Managing billing, accounts payables, accounts receivables and bank reconciliation.Answering incoming calls from current customers and prospects, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.Assisting current customers with billing concerns.Performing accounting/clerical duties such as sending out past due notices and following up with those customers.Overseeing and ordering supplies for the office space, break room, etc.Vehicle fleet managementThe kind of person who will succeed in our program is:Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined; a self-starter who will always do their best with minimal supervisionAn excellent oral and written communicator with a customer friendly attitudeProficient at using computer programs such as Office Suite, QuickBooks® Intuit, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Forms, TrelloBenefits:Company uniform, and other necessary tools and inventory to complete the job.

Compensation: $36,000.00
